If you need some space or a place for your team to practice, or you just want to train on skills, or work-out, inquire on our $40 dollar hourly rate on some floor space or our $10 unlimited time on induvidual Open Gym during non prime-time hours.

     Get your child ready for the most intense and instructional week with the best combination of resistance training, tumbling, and cardiovascular exercise. We will provide a snack for your 3-hour morning session, as well as a personal DVD for feedback on your child's strengths and how to overcome their weaknesses.

   Camp is $225 for the week. There will be a limit of 12 students per camp for full attention to your child's needs.
